DESCRIPTION:
Justin C. Klein Keane has reported a vulnerability in the Custom
Publishing Options module for Drupal, which can be exploited by
malicious users to conduct script insertion attacks.
Certain input related to status labels is not properly sanitised
before being used. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and
script code, which will be executed in a user's browser session in
context of an affected site when the malicious data is being viewed.
Successful exploitation requires the "administer nodes" permission.
The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 6.x-1.5.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 6.x-1.5.
