DESCRIPTION:
CERT/CC has reported a vulnerability in AXIS Camera Control, which
can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.
The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error when handling the
"SaveBMP()" method and can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer
overflow via an overly long argument.
Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 2.40.0.0 or later.
