libtcp++ 0.0.1c - Allows you to create C++ TCP/IP clients and servers without having to worry about gethostbyname, sockect, connect, bind, listen and accept. Has two classes, TcpClient and TcpServer. Both can do logging in addition to regular stuff that their names would suggest.

Changes: Added debug() and set_debug_level() methods to TcpServer class.
