DESCRIPTION:
High-Tech Bridge SA has discovered multiple vulnerabilities in LEPTON
CMS, which can be exploited by malicious users to disclose sensitive
information and conduct script insertion attacks and by malicious
people to conduct cross-site scripting and SQL injection attacks.

1) Input passed via the "message" parameter to
admins/login/forgot/index.php is not proerly sanitised before being
returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML
and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected
site.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability requires that
"register_globals" is enabled.

2) Input passed via the "display_name" and "email" parameters to
account/preferences.php is not properly sanitised before being used.
This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which
will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected
site when the malicious data is being viewed.

3) Input passed via the "group_id" parameter to modules/news/rss.php
(when "page_id" is set) is not properly sanitised before being used
in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by
injecting arbitrary SQL code.

4) Input passed via the "language" parameter to
account/preferences.php (when "save" is set to "account_settings") is
not properly verified before being used to include files. This can be
exploited to include arbitrary files from local resources via
directory traversal attacks and URL-encoded NULL bytes.

Successful exploitation of this vulnerability requires that
"magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled.

The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 1.1.3. Prior versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.1.4.
