DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in the Finder module for Drupal,
which can be exploited by malicious users to compromise a vulnerable
system.
Input passed via the finder import functionality is not properly
verified in the "finder_import" function in
modules/finder/finder.module before being used in an "eval()" call.
This can be exploited to execute arbitrary PHP code.
Successful exploitation requires "administer finder" privileges.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 6.x-1.26. Other versions
may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly verified.
PROVIDED AND/OR DISCOVERED BY:
The vendor credits Justin C. Klein-Keane.
