Introduction:

Der Government Site Builder (GSB) wurde als zentrale Content-Management-Lösung für die Webangebote der deutschen

Details:
========
A non reflective cross site scripting vulnerability is detected in the media module of the government site builder.
The bug allows an attacker to steal admin and user cookies or build a phishing layer over the page with a prepared link.

Vulnerable Module(s):

Solution:
=========
To fix the security issue the manufacturer have to allow only numbers in the vulnerable parameter. It is always a good idea to
check all inputs with a whitelist of expect inputs. There are also techniques to block requests to other domains.

Risk:
=====
The security risk of the reflective xss vulnerability is estimated as low(+).
