DESCRIPTION:
Two vulnerabilities have been reported in SPIP, which can be
exploited by malicious users to bypass certain security restrictions
and by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.

1) An error within a certain authorisation check can be exploited by
a logged-in member to gain administrative privileges.

2) Input passed via the "aide" parameter is not properly sanitised in
the "exec_aide_index_dist()" function (ecrire/exec/aide_index.php)
before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute
arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context
of an affected site.

The vulnerabilities are reported in versions prior to 2.1.12.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 2.1.12.
