DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in Apache Tomcat, which can be
exploited by malicious users to bypass certain security
restrictions.
The security issue is caused due to the access to the manager
application servlets not being restricted from untrusted web
applications. This can be exploited to use the functionality of the
manager application from a published web application.
Successful exploitation requires the "manager-script" privileges.
The security issue is reported in versions prior to 7.0.22.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 7.0.22.
