DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft Windows, which can be
exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an integer overflow error in the
TCP/IP implementation when parsing UDP traffic and can be exploited
via a continuous flow of specially crafted UDP datagrams sent to a
closed port.

Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code.

SOLUTION:
Apply patches.
