Changes: New stable release - Now can keep backups. Implemented multiple alert timing specs. Overhauled the PIKT exit code and error messaging schemes; error messages are now much more informative. Introduced a new utility, pikth (for "PIKT help")--an on-line help system. Fixed some bugs.

Changes: Now can include process output into config files. Added the -I piktc option, which can auto-update your config files. Pikt scripts can now be standalone and directly executable. Introduced a new, "official" PIKT utility, piktx, which does remote command execution with PIKT-style macros and command-line host lists.

Changes: Added a new piktc option, -X, for executing PIKT scripts remotely but without waiting for any response from the client(s). This complements the earlier -x, execute-with-wait option. The -X option was tricky to implement and needs widely varied testing.
